Arrived on time and easy to fit.

Excellent service, order placed on 13th and delivered on 17th, i was kept upto date as to the date to expect the delivery. It arrived on time.
Palletway guy was very polite too.

Bought a LED MIRROR, The First delivered mirror there was damage. I found the customer service very good and a replacement was sent out once photos of damaged item was sent. Product is very good and would buy from there again.

Ordered a bath to be delivered on Saturday the 8/5/2021, paid extra for this delivery! Saturday came and no delivery, we had labourers coming to fit a new bathroom on monday, we now had no bath either as old one had been ripped out ready to fit the new one. Was told delivery would be here with us on Monday. My partner took Monday off unpaid from work due to this! Monday came and still no delivery, rang and spoke to someone on customer services who told me someone had booked for it to be delivered on Wednesday, she then told me she was gonna ring and see if she could get it delivered Tuesday for us. Once off hold she then told me she couldn't get through and I would have to ring them myself and sort it!! My partner has now lost a days pay, one of us is gonna have to take Wednesday off, we have no bath or shower and have had to move the labourers back a date again!! Awful service

I have bought an toilet from this store a few weeks ago which has become faulty. My entire customer journey so far has been absolutely awful in getting this raised too still awaiting an current resolution.. There has been several emails back and forth already, with days of waiting for responses such as 'has it been wired in properly,.. The item is clearly still under warranty and numerous images and videos were sent to show the toilet was installed, wired snd in new condition.. I still await an response after over a week to what the outcome might even be,

Quality products at reasonable prices with an excellent delivery service.

Ordered parts and paid for rapid delivery so could do job over the weekend.
Day before, date was moved to after the weekend. Annoying but acceptable.
Reconfirmed date for before the next weekend. Again on Thursday date starts moving.
Emailed them and they confirmed would be there before the weekend.
Friday.....been moved out weeks.
Not convinced they have any idea about there own stock. Not very helpful on email just quoting delivery date on account, when they have no sight of actually having the parts.
Use someone else like Victoria plumb or soak. Much better.
Update: They have moved the order back again after saying stock would be in. Can only assume they run some kind of large old dusty book for stock keeping and except word of mouth of when things will come in!

Ordered with betterBathrooms.com no problems. Good service. We have checked products over, no damage. Not installed as yet. Good value. I would definitely use again and would recommend them.

Terrible customer service my delivery date changed over 10 times from mid Nov 2020 and just received early March 2021. No Proper apology or explanation!
